Fics like Seeds of Hope, Seeds of Change

Obi-Wan Kenobi was everything good. He was patient, and kind. He always, always put himself before others and suffered from crippling anxiety that he wasn’t good enough. But he tried, Force did he try and through it all that light of goodness remained. Which is why when Quinlan learns that his adorable little redhead had vanished when he was away on a training mission, he’s furious. Quinlan is not about to let Obes get kicked out of the Order and forced to become a farmer against his will. He’d use his blossoming skills as a Shadow-in-Training to steal him back, and find a Master for him. Mace Windu had tried to release his frustration—his anger—into the Force. Only it was proving incredibly difficult, as the boy that should have been his padawan was caught in some convoluted scheme by Yoda to trick Qui-Gon into taking another apprentice. Now he was going to go rescue his youngling. Kriff whatever Yoda had to say about it. Depa was furious that she had been denied her adorable little brother by a scheming troll. She wasn’t about to let it stand.
