Fics like Toil and Tears

Never in a million years when Lucy Heartfilia agreed to watch over the Guild while the Guild Master and most of their higher-level mages were away at the S-Class trials could she have anticipated what came after: The appearence of Acnologia and the disappearance of not just her friends and found family but of Tenrou Island as a whole. In the aftermath there was only one thing she could think to do: start as she meant to go on, and keep Fairy Tail together no matter what it took. She knew the others would return one day. And by all the powers she could bring to bear, they would have a home to return to when that day came.
