Fics like Regular Fox

This would explain why Ozzie made him so nervous as first, or why his teeth felt too sharp for his mouth sometimes, or why he liked to burrow under something if he could to sleep, or why Tails was different from his brothers; different from any of this new family, really. Maddie knew it, too. She said he was a regular fox. Tails turned off his phone and stared into the dark for a long time. He didn’t sleep, didn’t think. Just laid and feared something inside himself. ——— Tails is a fox. And he realizes that foxes are dangerous to animals like his brothers, or his family. Sonic and Knuckles won’t let him believe it for long.
