Fics like Neutrality is a Favor Owed

Tommy is a tired college student who doesn't need shit from anybody. He works long hours to fill the dark silence in his head and he does his homework in the seconds that work doesn’t fill. He’s fine. He’d be way better if villains and heroes alike would leave him alone and shut up about all this favour bullshit. He doesn’t need anything in return to be a decent human being. He doesn’t need your favours anyways. Aka: a villain and hero au where I fell in love with the completely civilian concept of Tommy from Neutral Grounds and wanted to explore the idea of Tommy hating people owing him favours from Hush Now (You Were Lost But Now You’re Found).
