Fics like Shards of memories

A black company employee dies and wakes up in the U.S. of A during the 1900's. He deals with the discrimination and expectations you would expect would happen and eventually finds out that he's been reborn in Baccano!, a story and anime he's read and watched during his past life. A series of incidents have happened, and now he's lost most of his memories he has after his eighth birthday. What will he do now?
