Fics like A Hero in a Lake and a Fish out of Water

After meeting with the Princess of the newest era they've landed in, the Chain of Heroes 5 Links strong are sent to go retrieve the rather violent merperson that was in Lake Hylia and bring them back alive to the castle before they can get any information about where they could find the Hero of this era. After a run in with a group of poachers not long after getting the merperson causes things to go slightly off course, they chain end up getting a bit of a surprise when they learn the true reason why the Princess wanted the merperson taken back to the castle.
