Fics like not the world we had in mind

“Hey,” Shuuichi says firmly. “I know what it looks like outside. I don’t care. Keep away from the windows, and keep quiet, and wait for me. Tell your monster he has my full permission to sit on you if that’s what it takes.” Natsume laughs a little. “He’s listening. He says he doesn’t need your permission.” “For once, cat, I almost respect you,” Natori says with a light-heartedness he doesn’t feel. “Alright, Natsume. Wake your friends up, eat something. I’ll see you soon.” Or; Famous actor, gifted exorcist, and actual human disaster Natori Shuuichi finds himself directly responsible for half a dozen teenagers in the wake of a deadly virus outbreak, and he’s going to get them through this with their lives intact even if it kills him.
