Fics like Different, With You

“Come here.” Ed puts his hand back behind Stede’s neck and pulls him close. “Listen, I know you said no sex, but… would you try it, just once, with me? I promise we’ll stop if it ever gets to be too much. Solemn vow.” Stede stays silent for a moment. He thinks of Mary, not even meeting his eyes as they performed their marital duties. And he thinks of Ed, pulling back after their first kiss, gazing at him as if Stede were the most beautiful thing in the world. “Alright,” he whispers. * Stede doesn't like sex. At least, he thinks he doesn't, because he's never had sex with someone he's actually attracted to before. Ed very patiently teaches him that sex can actually be enjoyable. There is crying. Bon apetit.
