Fics like Staying an Omega

Following the events of John’s unwilling change from Beta to Omega by Moriarty and his bonding with Sherlock, both Alpha and new Omega expects a quiet time where they settle into their new status as a bonded couple but it’s not going to be that simple. John faces new trials due to his change of status, not the least of which is his pregnancy. As he battles them as well as an unknown foe with help from Sherlock, the detective discovers that the chemicals injected into John might not be quite as stable as they had appeared to be.
