Fics like You Will Find Me Time After Time

The stars never started going out, the universe was never at the mercy of the Daleks, and the Doctor and Rose didn't meet again on a deserted street under the admiring eye of Donna Noble. Instead, the Doctor went on with life as normal, sneaking back to see their pink and yellow human whenever they could, slowly using up all the viable time they had with her. And Rose? Rose moved on, did the Doctor proud, and had a life he always wanted her to have. Or, she did for a while. Then a whole new reason for the dimension cannon came up, and the importance of getting Rose back to her proper universe became a matter of life or death. Rose had no intention of finding the Doctor. But when she finds herself in Sheffield with two blokes who don't question the strangeness of her appearance, and where hints of a foe she faced in Pete's World spring up, a reunion with the Time Lord may just be inevitable.
