Fics like When We Were Young

Somewhere between 9/11 and the financial crash in '08, the Legends are at high school... Sara Lance has a secret. She kissed Alex Danvers on summer camp. Alex is a girl, but she doesn't live anywhere near Starling City, and it's not like they're dating or anything. Sara is sure it means something, this whole kissing Alex Danvers and liking it thing, and it's possibly related to the fact that she goes out of her way to make sure she passes Ava Sharpe in the corridor between classes. And when Ava Sharpe smiles? Well, that just about makes Sara's day. Ava Sharpe has a plan for the school year, and intends to stick to it. That plan absolutely does not involve Sara Lance who is annoyingly good at everything seemingly without trying. Plus Sara Lance pops up everywhere; in the corridors, at the lockers, at the football, in the school musical, in Ava's thoughts. Wait... what is that last one all about?
