Fics like That time Whitebeard was called....
Whitebeard. An orphan who dreamed of making a family of his own. Who, in pursuit of his dream, sailed with some of the fiercest pirates of the pirating era. His strength rivaled that of the Pirate King and was widely recognized as "The Strongest Man in the World." He died at the age of 72 during the War of the Best but his legacy lives on through his surviving children. He was called many names, pirate, emperor, father... but what if there were more things to call him? or After narrowly escaping Admiral Kizaru on Sabaody, the Strawhat Pirates take refuge on a nearby summer island to recover. At this same island, the Whitebeard Pirates prepare to go on a manhunt after the traitorous Blackbeard. What will happen when these two crews meet? TLDR: This is a Cannon Divergence story around Sabaody to justify the Strawhats calling Whitebeard goofy names.
