Fics like Malibu, Autumn 1975

After the summer of love that was supposed to be eternal ended abruptly with a devastating and near-fatal car accident, Jimmy and Robert reconvened in Malibu, California to evade taxation and write for the forthcoming Presence. The following events take place between September and early November of 1975. This is a story about pain. Though based on traces of actual events, this is a work of fiction. No disrespect is intended toward the real people upon whom these characters are based. Dedicated to a friend, without whom I couldn't have written this.
