Fics like Eggs Three Ways

“You want Eiden as your mate, yes?” Yakumo’s eyes grow wide, as he worries his lip. It would be endearing, he supposes, were Kuya not growing impatient with this conversation. “Quickly now.” “Yes, I–” Yakumo stammers with a sickening fondness. “I’ve never met anyone like him. He’s… the only one I’d feel comfortable holding my eggs.” “Can you explain how that works? The egg thing.” Yakumo gasps, turns beet red and attempts to burrow his face into his sleeve again. “I’ve never done it with anyone. I only know what feels right.” A virgin then– well, was– before Eiden. Still an egg virgin, though. Kuya can say with utmost certainty that Yakumo has never mated anyone. “I can help you.” Kuya sweeps a hand over searing cheeks. “I’m not competition. Think of me instead as… assistance. As a fox spirit, I have lived for much longer than you. I am well versed in the idiosyncrasies of human-animal shifting. And, don’t you think Eiden would look wonderful swelled full with your eggs? Oh?” Yakumo purrs, and Kuya’s grin stretches wide. “You like that, don’t you?” … OR, Yakumo doesn’t have the nerve to egg Eiden properly, so Kuya helps.
