Sanji never expected Zoro to be someone who got bothered by the cold. It wasn't something that fit the swordsman, especially given that the swordsman had apparently jumped into a freezing river on Drum Island without even a shirt on for "training." It seemed weird that something like a little chilly weather would get Zoro to climb into Sanji's hammock. Or: Sanji runs hot and Zoro is inexplicably drawn to it.
