Fics like A different baby - Trunks arc

To protect her identity (and her future existence) in her time travel mission, Trunks presents as a man to the gang, in hopes of changing the future for the better. She ends up staying in the past a little longer after warning the gang and giving Goku the heart medicine, in order to make a wish to Shenron. Addresses canon plotholes and then deviates little by little... No gender dysphoria (but a lot of confused people). Whole lot of introspection. No one is omniscient. (Trunks isn't trans, at best she "doesn't identify"; not a ship fic) Concrit is ok!
