But deep down, he knew what the kiss truly was. A distraction. TK didn’t doubt that Carlos meant what he said. He didn’t even doubt that Carlos was all in, that despite all that TK had put him through, he still wanted him back. But while Carlos’ words were genuine, as was his kiss, it was his eyes that betrayed every single truth that Carlos had ever tried to hide. He didn’t believe him.
