Fics like say it like it is

Wille hates the spotlight. He hates the way the suit chafes against his neck. Hates the glitter, the balloons, the screaming children in the audience. Out of all the things his mother has convinced him to do in order to uphold their family’s reputation this is probably the worst one yet. He swallows again, straightens his back. ”Good evening Sweden. I’m Prince Wilhelm, we are live from Gothenburg and this is Melodifestivalen 2026.” or Simon competes in the Swedish Eurovision try-outs ('mello'). Wille is the host. Mello is the worst. And sometimes you just have to shame the Swedish voters on live tv.
