“Sirius. What have you done?” “Why do you always assume I’ve done something?” “Sirius.” “…Nicked a baby.” “WHAT?” It’s interesting, isn’t it, that Sirius Black managed to narrowly avoid prison, and yet he ended up on the run from the law anyway? This is what happens when a desperate man kidnaps his godson and drags his ex (who he’s probably still in love with but he doesn’t want to talk about that) across the country as they hide from Albus Dumbledore, a group of angry housewives and the entire Ministry of Magic. This is what happens when two men who are grieving and angry at the world and each other have to pull it together for the sake of a child who is the greatest little legacy James Potter could have left behind.
