Those without such parts were glorified and rich. Five citizens of Metropolis who were subjected to such kind of poor treatment seek out the truth as to how this could happen, and when they find the truth, they set up a plan to save the citizens of Metropolis from becoming the dystopian world they’ve planned it to be.
