Fics like poison and wine

Thoughts of her dad finding out about Hope's indiscretions flood her mind, and it makes her freeze, imagining the damning consequences—namely Hope getting kicked out and losing everything for a millionth time. "Drink from me, instead." She blurts out, not entirely sure what she’s doing but desperate to quell the rising panic that licks across her skin. In that moment Josie feels like she'd do anything just for Hope to be okay, even if that meant losing a little bit of herself in the process. // Months after Hope’s humanity had been switched on, Josie and her stellar detective skills lead her to the shocking discovery that Hope has been compelling and feeding on humans. In a desperate effort to avoid her friend succumbing to darkness, she offers herself up as a blood source. Unsurprisingly, things between them get complicated.
