Fics like On A Provisional Basis

If SHIELD were in better shape, Clint wouldn't have ended up with his own team and someone else would have ended up dealing with the new recruit. Then again, he wouldn't have had a good excuse to get the skycycle back, either, so it all evens out. Wherein Hydra are tenacious, no one can confirm or deny the existence of psychics, and Clint's willingness to put his faith in folks who no one quite trusts - along with his thing for incredibly competent assassins - lands him in trouble. Again.
