Fics like The Veiled Door

At Mirabel's gift ceremony, everyone watches as the door fades away but in Mirabel eyes she watches as her door glows and her own image appears. She's Ecstatic at having her own room and gift but when she turns to Abuela she loses her smile. Why is everyone sad and scared? And how come no one can see the Man standing behind Abuela? or Mirabel gets the gift of Spirit seeing and her own door but no one can see her door. What happens when there’s a new spirit in town and they choose to possess one of the villagers? How will Alma feel seeing her one true love again? How will Mirabel feel being seen in a different light? {I'm trying to finish this story, please bare with me }
