Fics like This Must Be a Dream
“Am I dreaming?” Bruno paused from where he was combing his fingers through her hair. “No niña. What makes you think that?” “Because fifteen minutes ago, the candle was going out, and Casita was falling down around me.” Mirabel said quietly, resting her head on her uncle’s shoulder. “Oh, and I was fifteen.” Bruno let out a sharp breath. “What?” -- When Casita falls down around her, the magic of Encanto gives one last time and Mirabel is standing in front of a glowing door at her gifting ceremony. Now, she must fix the magic before it breaks too much. -- Written for LytherianRuby, for listening to my rants before we even got to see the movie.
