Fics like Tidings

This is a modern AU set in an unspecified town in the US. Margot Carrouge, descendant of Marguerite de Carrouges, searches for Jacques Le Gris' descendant, just to see what he's like. Jack Grayson turns out to be a very sexy minister who organizes the yearly Boar's Head festival around Christmas--and not at all what Margot expected. She decides to tell him the story of his forebear. It doesn't go well. But, never fear, Christmas is just around the corner. The yule log is lit, the tree twinkles merrily, and the nog is very spicy. Not a dark fic, though the tag says rape/noncon. No actual rape takes place in the story itself. The story behind The Last Duel is discussed in detail, which is why I tagged it.
