Fics like A Whole New World OR How Steve Rogers Got his Groove Back

It’s all hands on deck at the Time Variance Authority when Steve Rogers sets out to return the Infinity Stones after the events of Endgame. Everyone’s taking bets on just how much damage to the timeline Steve’s going to cause as he careens through past events. Steve, on the other hand, is working out his grief about the loss of Natasha and Tony, dealing with his sense of being a man out of time, and aching to find his way home to rest. Problem is, Steve’s looking in the wrong directions and maybe, just maybe, getting mad and lashing out at Fate will finally make him realize he already has what he’s looking for right beside him. Well, that and a friendly nudge from a guy who might be just as blind as he is. This is a major fix-it for Endgame with Steve/Bucky as the main pairing, a hint/potential Mobius/Loki, and me pretty much tossing out the canon, saving everyone, and giving them a happy ending.
