Fics like Finding the Unimaginable

With his father insisting that it’s time to be an alpha werewolf the family can be proud of, Jared goes on a mating quest to find the most coveted of mates: a rare omega. Jared’s never met anyone who made his blood sing, and when he finally comes across the alluring scent of a compatible mate, he’s surprised to find it’s a cat. That’s not the only surprise about Jensen, who turns out to be alpha. Two alphas can’t mate, or so Jared thinks, but Jensen has been waiting for a worthy alpha to challenge him for years. Their fight changes Jared’s life forever, and Jared and Jensen need to figure out how to move forward when the unimaginable happens.
