Fics like I’ve got one foot in the grave so why stop now?

Tommy knows jack shit about why Wilbur’s hair started to turn white when he was alive. He was too afraid and too cowardly to ask about it. So when Tommy starts playing hopscotch in Wilbur’s footsteps he can’t be too surprised at the outcome. As Tommy stood overlooking the lava in the Nether with his white bangs hanging in front of his face he was only tired. After all, they truly are brothers aren’t they? Or: Tommy spirals and attempts to follow in Wilbur’s final footstep, his last grand act that he performed when he was previously alive. He should have known that Wilbur would never let that happen.
