Fics like Reinventing Pegasus

While he's in the asylum, Lex betrays Clark's confidence, leaking his secret to Luthorcorp, and forces Clark to go on the run. Clark is able to return home following Lionel's stroke, which has put Luthorcorp into Lex's control, but he refuses Lex's attempt to restart their friendship and orders him out of his life. A year later, they reunite in Metropolis where Clark is attending MetU. But while Clark's family and friends have forgiven Lex for what happened, Clark still harbors anger over what he did.
