Fics like Helping Others to Solve Problems

Phil Coulson, firebender for the Republic City Police, has a number of problems... 1) The arrogant metalbenders that make up the bulk of the police force 2) He's teaching a young firebender now 3) Fury being banned from investigating a triad tunnel by someone on the council, before the plan was finalized, 4) Metalbanding asshole extraordinaire Clint Barton continues to be around Oh, also despite Avatar Korra dying almost twenty years ago, there have been no signs of the next Avatar and while Phil might not be a member of the White Lotus, he would sure feel better if the Avatar was found.
