Fics like Ruby Rose: Vigilante of Vale

After stopping Roman Torchwick from robbing a dust shop, Ruby Rose was interrogated, given a pat on the back, a slap on the wrist, and sent home. There was no early entrance into Beacon. A month later, rumours of a mysterious vigilante spread in Vale, sending the underworld into chaos and leaving the Vale Police Department scratching their heads as to who's under the mask. These two events are definitely unrelated. (Or: Ruby gets a new hobby while waiting for her seventeenth birthday, Vale gets a new vigilante/cryptid, and both sides of the Salem-Ozpin war get a new headache. Really, it would have been easier to send Ruby to Beacon early.)
