Fics like Musings on Memory and Mourning

Eragon and Brom are captured by the Ra'zac. Eragon and Brom are rescued by a mysterious stranger. Brom receives a poison knife to his gut for his trouble. In this story, however, Destiny decides to give its favorite tortured playthings a break—at least, until Brom wakes up and has to either explode from the multitude of secrets he's been keeping for over a century, or do the extremely scary smart thing and tell Selena's boys the truth.
