Fics like Caged Ribs

"A particular stab in the ribs brought him out of his thoughts, fighting the urge to just let himself collapse and sit for a moment. He promised himself that the second he got home he would take it off, letting his ribcage rest, but he knew that was a bold lie. The overwhelming pain and pressure in his chest felt like a free source of validation, even as attention-seeking as that may be. The longer he kept the binder on the more it hurt and the more he was flat, and what non-trans man would put themselves through all this just to be flat?" Or: Jake binds for way too long, faces the consequences of it, convinces himself he's an attention seeking whore, has a autistic melt down and goes non-verbal, and then Chucky has to pick up the pieces. Or or: Author is a autistic trans man who is putting all his insecurities, trauma, and etc onto Jake <3
