Jungkook liked his job. He liked the peace and serenity it brought. And since he had a penchant for the morbid and melancholy, he also liked that melancholy settled like a veil over the plants he tended. Morbid was also the funeral home's regular visitor, Park Jimin. Jimin's partners were dying like flies. It was fascinating and a little creepy: every time Jimin hosted the funeral of a loved one, Jungkook would get goosebumps seeing the man's contented smile as soon as the mourners said goodbye.
