Fics like camisado

"But the moon was far gone," Tommy's heart pounds furiously, "And the sun was fucking foolish to believe the moon needed it.” With a final flourish of the pen, he throws the paper laced with farewell, sympathy, and grief into the welcoming arms of the fire. Grief for a foolish little boy, too blind to see how his family didn't care. Sympathy for a kid whose childhood was taken far too soon by negligence. And a final farewell to the idiotic son who had waved goodbye to his family all those years ago without a word. /// In a teenage boy’s incredibly real world of absent fathers, ignorant siblings, and a singular red notebook, Tommy is tired of being ignored by those who matter to him, so he catches the attention of all he doesn't know. He becomes an anonymous writer named Theseus, and his most popular work is but titled one word - camisado (archaic) : an attack by night.
