Fics like A New Melody

Plagg can't actually remember what it feels like to have a holder who admires rather fears him. It's happened before, he knows, because that's how it was in the beginning. That's how it's meant to be. But literal civilizations have sprouted, blossomed, and withered away in the time since Plagg last got to choose his own Black Cat. Plagg didn't get to choose this newest holder, either, but it's clear they were made for each other. After all, Marinette Dupain-Cheng is a walking catastrophe.
