Fics like can we talk?

“Angel,” she ventures, unsure whether or not to ask her next question. “How did she die?” It’s the first time she’s rendered him speechless. “Angel?” she repeats, and maybe she’s panicking a little now because she doesn’t want to ruin this already fragile friendship. Angel says, “She had her body stolen by a god who paraded it around for months, slept with my son and used her as a vessel to give birth to herself before leaving Cordelia in a coma. She never woke up.” OR: Buffy tries to get Angel to talk about Cordelia after she's gone.
