Fics like Metalepsis

In an alternate 1912, Writers are like wizards that can summon their book characters as their companions. Society is split into three separate social classes based on the type of Writer: Flashes, Shorts, and Novels. Non-Writers do other jobs as usual. A forbidden romance between the character of a short story fiction and an epic novel ensues, throwing the system into chaos. On temporary hiatus.
