Fics like Algid

Sub Zero’s icy fingers closed over your throat a second later, wrenching the air from your throat with the sheer cold of his hand. The touch ghosted away from your skin another second later, tracing the outline of your trachea before he looked at the ice wrapped around you calves and ankles, trapping you in place. He didn’t let it go yet, but his eyes checked your skin for frost bite with a quick glance. The skin wasn’t burning with the cold just yet, but you could feel the chill in your bones, despite the heavy clothing. “I only play with things I find interesting. And this…” He scoffed before chuckling, looking down at you with icy eyes, “This was hardly a challenge, nor much of a play.” “Then what are you doing?” You asked through chattering teeth. He laughed at you again, ice falling from where his breaths puffed through the black leather of his mask, “Observing how those of this realm shiver.”
