Fics like come feel this magic i’ve been feeling since i met you

Without another word, Ty stood up and walked to the direction of the kitchen. Before he could disappear out of sight, Kit remembered something. “Oh! When you get back we can talk about grasshoppers!” The chattering around him stopped. Everyone turned to look at him. Ty raised an eyebrow at him in question. Panicked at his own outburst, Kit continued. “Grasshoppers have ears on their bellies!” He was red faced now, every eye was still turned to him. “How cool is that?” *** It's 4AM and Kit Herondale had just had the most brilliant idea he has ever had. Scribbled at the top of a page in his journal are the words "Kit Herondale’s step by step guide on telling your best friend you’re in love with him", and all he has to do is follow each step meticulously. It's safe to say that it's easier said than done.
