Fics like Burying the Past

Hao De Tianjun attempts to bring Dong Hua Dijun out of his hundred-year seclusion with a celebration of the half-millionth anniversary of Dijun’s reign as Lord of Heaven and Earth. Gifts and honors are offered, but it is a visit from Mi Gu, faithful steward of the Bai Clan in Qingqiu, that makes Dijun's emergence from his isolation bearable. Disclaimer: This story is based on characters and events from the writings of Tangqi Gongzi, and from the 2017 television series Eternal Love. I am simply borrowing them for a little flight of fancy, and am making no profit whatsoever.
