Fics like Something Dark in the Link

The link between Tally and Alder is unwieldy, to say the least. It stands to reason that something primal and ancient might be embedded in their connection that makes itself known through one of them if the other is threatened. In which Tally notices in S2E7 that her feelings for Alder have taken a darker, uncontrollable turn, and she would tear the world, and Nicte, apart to keep her General safe.
