Fics like I miss you (I'll always be here)

It had been weeks—weeks since Kaeya last walked through the door of Angel's Share, weeks since Kaeya had given him that usual teasing smirk of his, weeks since the captain's voice rang loud and clear through the noise of the tavern. At first, it was only a little strange. But no one had seen the man around and soon he was officially declared missing. Diluc was starting to think that he would never be able to see Kaeya again... and the longer days passed by with no sign of his sworn brother, the more he lost hope. The only thing that had been keeping him sane, strangely enough, was the fluffy Cryo Abyss Mage that oddly reminded him of the missing captain and followed him everywhere like a lost puppy. Or, an Abyss Mage AU fic, inspired by a Twitter post from @Kasumi_Doodles.
