Fics like We're Good

"Dude. What's your deal?" JT asks as Malcolm's shakes become so severe that he can't even hold his bottle of water, spilling it all over himself and the concrete floor as he sits in the folding metal chair. Malcolm isn't sure if he's imagining it, but he'd swear there's a vein of concern running through the words. He mentally debates the merits of lying, of suggesting that it must've been the canned soup from lunch, but then he realizes that things are about to get so much worse. As much as Malcolm despises the admission, JT deserves to know what's coming. He keeps his eyes locked firmly on the spreading puddle of water on the ground as he says, "Withdrawal." (For the bad things happen square: Falling Down the Stairs)
