Fics like Festa della Caccia

It all went so quickly. So quietly. A child was sucked beneath the waves. A parent began to scream from the shore. One of the guards yelled at everyone to get back while they looked on helplessly, blowing on a whistle to try and get someone, anyone to bring a boat around. And Alberto, without thinking, plunged himself over the side and into the water. - OR: Alberto finds a family, saves a child, and becomes a lifeguard. Apparently, fisherman coming for the annual (cancelled) Sea Monster Hunt did not get that memo.
