Fics like On a Silver Platter

What if Mal were never orphaned and Alina grew up completely alone? How does a girl who has nothing and no one respond to being given everything she's ever wanted? Alina has never been able to relax. She constantly keeps one eye open to keep herself safe from the prejudiced people around her. Then, one day she is swept up into a grisha whirlwind and protected for the first time. When the darker aspects of living in the Little Palace reveal themselves, will Alina choose to fight back or embrace her darker side?
