Fics like Plucking strings

“Look, Boyo. I get it. Daddy’s angry that you tried to off someone, even though you technically had nothing to do with the offing. But you can’t just give up on practicing” Klarion says, watching Teekl sniff at Tim before curling up in his lap. “Those things you do? With the strings? You think nobody else ever noticed?” Klarion asks when Tim doesn’t answer, causing Tim to startle and Teekl to look at both of them in contempt. “You know the strings?” Tim asks, ignoring everything else to hone in on this. Because Tim had always been the only ones to see them. The only ones to watch events unfold before they even happened. Because when you know the variables, suddenly choices seem a lot less set in stone.
