Fics like Summer Heat

“I’m so glad to be back,” Luca says breathlessly, hanging onto Alberto’s waist for dear life as they ride Giuletta’s bike down to the docks to pull up last night's nets. “Well, we’re glad to have you back,” Alberto says breezily, but he has no idea how much it messes with Luca in the head. “Everyone always asks about you, you know.” Luca blinks, humbled by the idea. He exhaled softly through his nose, clutching tighter onto his shirt. “I missed you so much, Alberto.” He mutters, tightening his arms around his waist again. “Veramente. I’m really glad to be back.” “Welcome back to Portorosso then, my friend.”
