Fics like Blinding Light

When Captain Carol Danvers is sent on a routine mission in the F-20, things quickly take a catastrophic turn. A mysterious explosion, accompanied by a blinding green light, sends her jet spiraling toward the Earth, leaving her stranded and alone in the Brecon Beacons of Wales. With communication down and the plane’s systems failing, Carol's only option is to eject and escape—if she can. Rescued by the ever-curious and fearless Lara Croft, Carol finds herself thrust into an unfamiliar world, where the crash is just the beginning. Together, they must face the fallout of the cosmic event, which could change everything they know about the universe. As the world begins to unravel, the unlikely duo must uncover the truth behind the green light and the mystery it holds. But as they navigate a path fraught with danger and uncertainty, will Carol and Lara find themselves united only by survival? Or is there a deeper connection waiting to ignite in the wake of disaster?
