What are fairies doing off Neverland? Harry wonders uneasily as a procession of fairies make their way to the front of the hall from where they’d been patiently waiting in a side room just off of the main council chambers. ----- Harry’s not sure why he was invited to this annual council meeting of the United States of Auradon. Harry supposes it’s supposed to be a big deal, even bigger this year as it's the first one since the barrier around the Isle of the Lost was dropped. That still doesn’t explain, however, why he was specifically asked, by name, to attend the thing. Sure, it’s the first one that both the Isle of the Lost and Auradon have both attended, but Uma’s the captain and she’s got it covered. It’s all very special, and very boring, and his presence seems very unnecessary - until the pixies show up, that is.
